Knowledge Review Decisions
Create new keeps distinct knowledge. Link existing uses the suggested saved match when available. Merge with another knowledge item combines duplicate proposals using the selected target. Ignore skips unsupported material. Do not merge different facts or different character perspectives just because their wording is similar.
